Founding Members
Mrs. Philip G. Swan, Organizing Regent, was given the honor of organizing the Irvine Ranch Chapter by the National Board of Management, NSDAR, on February 3, 2007. After much research and submitting three possible chapter names to the National Organization, it was decided our chapter would be known as the Irvine Ranch Chapter. On June 27, 2007, the chapter organized at the home of Mrs. Swan. On July 1, 2007, the chapter was assigned number 8-204 CA by the National Board of Management.
The Founding Officers were: Regent, Judith (Judy) Swan; First Vice Regent, Carol Byrd; Chaplain & Recording Secretary, June Lazich; Corresponding Secretary, Mary Lou Bump; Treasurer, Donna Cole: Registrar, Sue Butler; Historian, Jennifer Walker; Librarian, Shirley Arendt.
The Founding Members were: Dr. Mary Jo Lass; Jennifer Mercado; Aurora (Rory) Patterson; Vanessa Patterson; and Jessica Thompson.
