Welcome!
The Blythe Intaglios Chapter was organized February 1, 1997, in Blythe, California, and now includes nearby Quartzsite, Arizona. The chapter is named after the "Giant Figures" historical landmark, also known as the Blythe Intaglios, which are depicted in the chapter's logo. We are a small chapter, with many of our members residing outside of the local area. The NSDAR National Theme for 2007-2010, "The Spirit of Hospitality Opens Doors of Opportunity," reflects our chapter's objectives of community service.
Our chapter meets on the last Monday in the months of August-November and January-May at 6:00 p.m. (PT). If you would like to attend one of our meetings, please contact us.
Blythe Intaglios welcomes any woman for membership who is over 18 years of age and who is descended from a man or woman who aided in achieving American Independence during the period between April 19, 1775, and November 26, 1783. Information on membership in the DAR can be found here.
