In February 2011, the chapter had their annual display in the Lompoc Public Library. Showing off the items in the display are:
Peggy Homer, Regent; Nancy Thompson, Vice Regent; Sandy Montgomery, Registrar; and Kay Halfhill

At the April 2011 District 7 meeting, Priscilla Draper was presented a flag that had flown over the State Capitol by Tom Widroe of Congressman Gallegly's office. The flag was presented in recognition of all her work with the veterans.

On 18 May 2011, Eilene Riemer presented Cadet David Sheehan with a JROTC medal and certificate from the Rancho Purisima Chapter of the DAR. Also in attendance were Regent Peggy Homer, Eleanor Mandgroc and Phyllis Hardy. This event was held at the Lompoc Veterans Memorial Building. The room was provided by the local VFW.
